Welcome to the Gold’s Gym Fitness Competition (GGFC), where you can compete against members nationwide for a chance to be named Gold’s Gym STRONGEST and win $20,000 in cash prizes at GGFC Nationals in Venice, CA, on October 18. The local in-gym competition will take place September 5 through September 15 at participating locations for Gold’s Gym Members.

The first-ever Gold’s Gym Fitness Competition was held in 2023 in Venice, CA, on September 23. This groundbreaking event saw participants from across the country compete for the title of STRONGEST and significant cash prizes.
