Welcome to the Gold’s Gym Fitness Competition (GGFC), where you can compete against members nationwide for a chance to be named Gold’s Gym STRONGEST and win $20,000 in cash prizes at GGFC Nationals in Venice, CA, on September 14. The local in-gym competition will take place August 2-12th at participating locations for Gold’s Gym Members.

The first-ever Gold’s Gym Fitness Competition was held in 2023 in Venice, CA, on September 23. This groundbreaking event saw participants from across the country compete for the title of STRONGEST and significant cash prizes.

This year, the competition is fiercer. The top 10 males and 10 females nationwide will win a trip to Nationals to compete for:

• STRONGEST: $6,000

• 2nd STRONGEST: $2,700

• 3rd STRONGEST: $1,300
